Summary Summary About 210 Solutions 210 Solutions is an integrated technology company specializing in Managed IT, Audiovisual, Physical Security, and Communications solutions. We are expanding into Managed AI Operations and are looking for an experienced consultant or development team to build the first version of an AI-powered communications platform. This platform will serve as both our internal production system and a repeatable solution for future customer deployments. Successful completion of this project may lead to additional long-term implementation opportunities. Project Overview We are seeking to build an AI-powered business communications platform that combines Voice, SMS/MMS, AI, Workflow Automation, CRM, Service Ticketing, and Microsoft Teams into a single intelligent solution. The platform should automatically handle customer interactions, identify customer intent, create service tickets and sales opportunities, generate AI summaries, and seamlessly transfer conversations to human employees whenever required. Our current environment includes Grandstream UCM, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, NinjaOne, D-Tools Cloud, and internally managed documentation and security platforms. Grandstream will remain our preferred phone system, while Microsoft Teams should be the primary employee interface. Applicants are encouraged to recommend improvements to our proposed architecture where they believe a better long-term solution exists. Core Requirements The solution should include: ● AI Voice Receptionist ● AI-powered SMS & MMS conversations ● Customer and contact recognition ● Intelligent handling of unknown contacts ● Automated service request creation ● Sales lead qualification and HubSpot opportunity creation ● Microsoft Teams integration ● Workflow automation ● AI summaries ● Human takeover ● Error handling, monitoring, logging and retry logic The completed platform should follow enterprise security best practices while ensuring all source code, workflows, documentation, AI prompts and cloud resources remain the property of 210 Solutions. Deliverables include a production-ready platform, architecture documentation, workflow diagrams, deployment procedures, technical documentation, knowledge-transfer session, and complete ownership of all project assets. We're looking for an experienced consultant who can recommend improvements, not simply build exactly what's written.
