The solution could be built using a no-code platform (e.g., Zapier or Make.com) or as custom code (e.g., Python/Node) using Google Calendar API, Microsoft Graph API, Yahoo IMAP, and a texting service like Twilio, hosted on a lightweight scheduler (e.g., cloud function or cron job). Deliverables: working automation connected to the specified accounts, tested end-to-end, and brief documentation on how to maintain or modify the schedule/message format.
