Description

Summary This project is to create a full backup copy of our CRM database. We have nightly exports of all the related tables, but the CRM vendor does not allow the export of the schema for "proprietary reasons." The tables are in an AWS Oracle database. Deliverables: Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) Fully normalized schema (or an intentional denormalized design where appropriate) Primary/foreign key definitions Data dictionary Naming conventions Index recommendations Migration strategy from the current CRM tables Sample SQL DDL scripts
