Summary I run an online consulting business and need a self-directed tech person to handle our systems on an ongoing basis. This isn't a big one-off project — it's mostly-async work: small builds, team onboarding, and break-fix. Typical week is 1–2 hours; occasional peaks up to 5. What you'll do: - Build a ClickFunnels → GoHighLevel sync (new CF sale → contact created in GHL, pipeline stage updated, tag added) - Onboard new team members: create Google Workspace users, OnceHub accounts, Zoom accounts, assign plans/licenses - Fix issues my team reports — broken automations, missing tags, workflow bugs - Occasional small builds as they come up Our stack: - GoHighLevel (pipelines, tags, workflows, contact management) - ClickFunnels Classic (not 2.0) - Zapier and/or webhooks - Google Workspace admin - OnceHub, Zoom admin How I work: - I'll walk you through how things are currently set up and what I'm looking for. From there, you'll have room to figure out the best way to build it. - I work best with people who can operate independently and make judgment calls without needing sign-off on every step. - Quick response when the team hits an urgent issue matters more than being online all the time. - Test end-to-end before handing anything back to the team. If a build or fix touches their workflow, walk through it as a user would first Compensation: - $150/mo retainer minimum, whether used or not - Your hourly rate applies to actual hours worked; the retainer is the floor - Weekly payouts will just be for hours worked. At month-end I'll send a bonus to top you up to $150 if hours were light. - What I'm really paying for is fast response and staying warm on the tools - Long-term relationship if it works In your proposal, tell me: - Why you'd be a good fit — your dev/SaaS background and how you approach picking up new tools.
