Hello, We're a small beauty and cosmetics retail business selling via WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, using Respond.io as our main platform, with Shopify as our store backend. We already have a clear, documented process for qualifying leads, processing orders, and funneling customers through our sales journey. We are not looking for someone to build this process — we're looking for someone to implement an AI salesperson that supports our existing two-person sales team within that process. To support this, we have prepared documentation including sales process SOPs, FAQs, product/promotion information, and our website for reference. These will be shared directly once we've signed on with the selected specialist — not in advance. We want the end result to be simple enough that a two-person team can operate and maintain it ourselves, without needing ongoing specialist support. We're looking to move on this as soon as possible, so a prompt reply is appreciated. Budget: Our starting/ideal budget for this initial phase is around US$500, given the documentation and process work we've already done on our end.
