We're an e-commerce company doing too much by hand. We're not looking for an "AI consultant" — we're looking for a developer who ships working automations, with the Claude API. Shopify and Meta Marketing API experience is a strong plus. The main project right now: Claude-powered customer support assistant We receive a steady stream of support tickets daily. You'll build an assistant that reads incoming tickets, pulls relevant context (order data from Shopify, past conversations), and produces suggested replies for our support team. This is a real production system — error handling, secrets management, logging, monitoring — not a prompt in a playground. Alongside that: small, reliable automations - Daily advertising data (Meta Ads, Google Ads) pulled via API into Google Sheets - Auto-generating Google Docs from calendar/template data - Asset renaming and organization via the frame.io API - Reviewing and hardening scripts we've prototyped with AI tools ourselves They're also how we'll get to know each other — see "How hiring works" below. Later phase: internal portal Down the line, these automations plug into an internal portal. That codebase is C# / .NET 10 (Clean Architecture + CQRS with MediatR), PostgreSQL + EF Core, ASP.NET Core, Docker, with a React 19 + TypeScript frontend (Vite, Tailwind v4, shadcn/ui, React Router v7).
