AI Video Generation Specialist Needed to Improve Video Agent Workflow We are looking for an experienced AI video generation specialist to help improve and refine an existing Video Agent workflow. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating high-quality AI videos across formats such as: * UGC-style selfie videos * Product demonstrations and advertisements * Cinematic videos * Influencer-style content * Character-consistent videos * Image-to-video and text-to-video generation The main goal of this project is to identify weaknesses in the current video generation flow and help us improve the prompts, agent instructions, scene planning, reference handling, and overall output quality. ### Responsibilities * Review and test the existing Video Agent workflow * Identify issues causing inconsistent or low-quality video outputs * Improve prompt structures and generation instructions * Create better workflows for different video categories * Improve character, product, visual, and scene consistency * Recommend the best models and settings for different use cases * Help reduce failed generations and improve overall reliability * Work closely with our development team to implement and test improvements ### Ideal Candidate * Strong practical experience with AI video generation tools and models * Experience creating UGC, selfie, product, advertising, and cinematic videos * Good understanding of prompting, shot planning, camera movement, lighting, and scene composition * E
