Summary Job Description We are looking for a senior software engineer with extensive, hands-on experience implementing production applications using the ElevenLabs Conversational AI platform. This is not a learning opportunity. We are looking for someone who has successfully completed multiple ElevenLabs projects from start to finish and can demonstrate real production experience. Our platform is in production, and we need an experienced developer to help enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize our AI voice workflow. About the Project We have built an AI-powered patient intake platform for healthcare that uses ElevenLabs Conversational AI to collect patient information before transferring the patient to a live medical provider. The platform includes: • ElevenLabs Conversational AI • Python backend • Java services • AWS • API integrations • Telehealth workflow • Real-time provider handoff • Dynamic prompts and variables Responsibilities • Enhance and maintain our ElevenLabs Conversational AI implementation. • Debug production issues and improve system reliability. • Develop new conversational workflows. • Improve provider handoff functionality. • Integrate with backend APIs. • Work with Python and Java services. • Review and improve prompts, variables, and conversation logic. • Collaborate with our internal development team. Required Experience Please do not apply unless you meet these requirements. • Multiple production implementations using ElevenLabs Conversational AI. • Strong Python programming experience. • Strong Java programming experience. • Experience debugging complex production systems. • Experience with AWS. • Experience with Git. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Able to attend Zoom meetings during Pacific Time business hours.
