We're a small B2B software team. We run cheap, fast experiments using AI as much as we can to find out what the market wants. We'll design the experiments, you'll help us to tweak and run them and capture the learning: work will be diverse and interesting, and will range from building AI prospect lists, email campaigns, ad campaigns, setting up automations and simple landing pages, chasing replies and reporting what happened. What matters most is speed. Our ethos is to use AI excessively to do in an hour what used to take a week. We expect familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, HubSpot, n8n or Make, Claude and ChatGPT, Nano Banana or similar for creative, Framer or Carrd for landing pages. Full-time preferred, fractional considered. Long-term if it works. Monthly AI tools budget. Paid trial task before either of us commits. Located in Croatia or Bulgaria.
