Summary We are an NCAA licensed apparel company based in Minnesota. We hold licenses with over 500 schools and sell wholesale to approximately 120 retail and college bookstore accounts. We're looking for an experienced AI architect to help us design and build a Claude-powered system that streamlines our order processing and administrative operations. **The Problem We're Solving** Our orders arrive in a wide variety of formats and currently take days to process manually. Customer and product data lives across multiple spreadsheets. We need a smarter, faster system — and we need someone who can build it. **What You'll Build** - A Claude-based order processing system that can read, interpret, and organize incoming orders regardless of format - Customer and account intelligence layer so the system understands our 120 accounts and their unique requirements - Automated administrative workflows to replace manual spreadsheet work - Documentation and training so our team can use and maintain the system **What We're Looking For** - Hands-on experience with the Anthropic Claude API and prompt engineering - Experience building production AI systems, not just prototypes - Ability to work with messy, real-world data (spreadsheets, PDFs, emails) - Strong communication skills — you'll work directly with the CEO - Ability to own the project end to end with minimal hand-holding - Minnesota-based preferred, but open to remote for the right candidate **Engagement** Open to hourly or fixed-price depending on your preference and project scope. This is a contract role with potential for ongoing work as the system grows.
