We're looking for an experienced automation expert to build an AI-powered social media system that minimizes manual work. This is not a simple social media management role. We need someone who can design intelligent workflows using AI agents and automation platforms. What we want Build an automated workflow that can: - Generate social media content using AI - Turn one piece of content into multiple platform-specific posts - Create captions, hashtags, and CTAs - Schedule and publish content automatically - Maintain a content calendar - Store assets in Google Drive or Airtable - Route content for approval before publishing - Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts - Connect with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or other LLMs - Integrate with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other platforms where possible Preferred Tools - n8n - OpenAI API - Google Workspace Nice to Have - Experience building AI agents - Prompt engineering - Multi-agent workflows - Image generation automation - Video automation - Analytics dashboards - Experience with marketing agencies Deliverables - Fully documented automation workflows - Easy-to-manage system - Error handling and notifications - Ability to scale as we add more clients We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, communicates well, and enjoys building scalable AI systems not someone who only creates social media content.
