Description

We are a practice management platform for solo wellness and spiritual practitioners (yoga teachers, sound healers, coaches, and similar). The site and dashboard already exist (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, TypeScript), but there’s currently no client-facing booking system, it needs to be built from the ground up. What’s needed 1. A public, per-practitioner booking page 2. Availability logic, bookable hours/days, buffer time between sessions, timezone handling 3. An interactive time-slot picker for clients (similar to Calendly’s booking widget) 4. A booking confirmation flow (client enters name/email, gets confirmation, session is created) 5. Google Calendar integration, built in from the start, not a later add-on: check the practitioner’s connected calendar for conflicts before showing a time as available, and write confirmed sessions to their calendar once booked 6.A one-time import feature: practitioner pastes their existing Acuity/Calendly link, and their availability/session types are pulled in automatically 7. Bookings should correctly populate the practitioner’s dashboard calendar, tied to client notes and session history What I’m looking for in a working relationship I’d like clear, honest communication. If something in the existing codebase is messy or a timeline estimate needs to shift, I’d rather know early than be surprised late. I’m hands-on and available to answer questions quickly, and I review and test everything before it goes live. What makes this project a litt
