Description

I run tarotrade.com, a WooCommerce store selling Yamaha Electone sheet music and instruments to international customers. Prices are stored and processed in JPY, and we use WOOCS to display local currencies. We've added product options (add-on pricing), but the option prices are not passing through the WOOCS exchange rate — only the base product price converts correctly. A previous developer wrote the currency display code, so part of the job will be reviewing and modifying that existing code. Before we discuss scope, I'd like to ask one technical question: Without seeing the code yet, which filter hooks would you expect to be involved in this, and how would you approach making the add-on prices pass through the WOOCS conversion? A short answer is fine — I just want to make sure we're on the same page technically. If it looks like a good fit, I'll set up a staging site and we can start with a small fixed-price job. Thanks, Taro Taro's TRADE JAPAN www.tartrade.com
