hi my name is israel elias. i own an AI consulting company building and deploying AI systems for clients. my personal brand with a 100,000+ audience, which means a consistent, growing flow of client work so we're looking for a developer to grow with us long term, not for a one-off gig. the real goal is a lasting partnership: as our client volume scales, so does your ongoing retainer work. You'd be building real, deployed systems (not prototypes), so a track record of shipping to production is a must. IMPORTANT: Individual freelancers only — no agencies or dev shops, please. We want to work directly with the person doing the building. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD: • AI voice agents (inbound + outbound) — Vapi, Retell, Bland, or Twilio • Automations and workflows — n8n, Make, or Zapier • AI agents and LLM integrations — OpenAI / Anthropic APIs (Python or JS) • RAG / knowledge bases — vector DBs like Pinecone or Supabase • CRM integrations — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc. MUST-HAVES: • A portfolio of AI systems you've actually deployed (please share live examples or demos) • Fluency across the stack above — you don't need every tool, but you should be strong in most • Clear written and spoken English — you may join client calls representing our brand • Reliability with deadlines and clear, proactive communication • A long-term mindset — we're building something big and want the right person alongside us BONUS: • Experience with voice-agent tuning at scale • Comfort working white-label as part
