Summary We are launching a premium B2B consulting assessment business under our firm, Redthorne LLC. We have completely designed a highly structured, 4-module automated workflow using Make.com, Typeform, QuickBooks Online, Wix, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Bookings). We require an expert automation engineer to build, test, and deploy this system seamlessly. The core architecture utilizes a single Master Typeform tracking multiple corporate clients via URL Hidden Fields/Ghost Fields (company, ein, deadline). To minimize Make.com operation usage and stay within a low tier, individual employee submissions must route through native integrations rather than running live Make steps. Required Freelancer Qualifications: Proven expert-level experience building complex multi-step workflows in Make.com. Deep understanding of QuickBooks Online API/Webhooks and handling custom payment fields. Proficiency in writing parameter validation scripts in Wix (Velo/JavaScript). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 integrations (OneDrive file manipulation, cell/chart data fetching, Word/PDF generation). Strong focus on error handling (e.g., fallback protocols if an EIN field is blank or an API token drops).
