Summary We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Automation specialist to build an end-to-end after-hours phone answering system for our business. Project Overview We want an AI voice agent that answers incoming calls outside of business hours and sounds as natural and human-like as possible. The goal is to provide callers with a seamless experience while capturing all relevant information and syncing it with our CRM. Requirements The solution should be able to: Answer inbound calls after business hours using a natural, human-like AI voice. Hold a conversation with callers and answer common questions. Allow callers to book appointments or schedule a call when appropriate. Create or update contacts in GoHighLevel. After every call, automatically save: Caller's name Phone number A summary of the conversation (saved in a custom field in GoHighLevel) Ensure all captured information is accurately synced with GoHighLevel. Ideal Candidate Experience building AI voice agents (e.g., Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or similar platforms). Strong experience with GoHighLevel integrations and automations. Experience with APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation. Ability to recommend the best technology stack for reliability and call quality.
