We're looking for an experienced Senior AI Developer to help resolve two critical bugs in our platform, Dialect – Enterprise AI Co-Pilot & Global Team Synchronization. The platform is already built, and the issues have been identified. We need someone who can quickly understand the existing codebase, identify the root cause, and implement reliable, production-ready fixes. This is an urgent task, and we're looking for a developer who can start immediately. What We're Looking For * Strong experience building AI/LLM-powered applications. * Expertise with modern full-stack development (frontend and backend). * Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills in production environments. * Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly. * Experience integrating AI APIs, agents, or enterprise AI workflows is a plus. Project Scope * Investigate and fix *2 critical bugs*. * Test the fixes thoroughly to ensure stability. * Document the root cause and solution.
