We want to build an AI-powered legal document platform for small-to-medium-sized businesses that helps founders and business owners quickly generate, review, analyze, and edit essential legal documents required for companies. The platform will provide access to at least 35 of most commonly needed legal documents by American small-to-medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs, including but not limited to NDAs, Independent Contractor Agreements, Employment Agreements, Non-Solicitation Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements, and many other foundational agreements. Our goal is to make high-quality legal document creation more accessible, affordable, and efficient by combining AI technology with proven legal frameworks, helping business owners save time, reduce costs, and confidently manage everyday legal needs. The framework also needs to do at least the following: - Company profile engine / One-time setup: (industry, jurisdiction, state, entity type, investors?, HIPAA?, GDPR?, etc). AI adjusts future documents accordingly. - Founder questionnaire: Ask pointed questions to founders / business owners before providing any documents (e.g., international contractor? trade secrets?, etc). - An interactive "provision library" for each type of document (e.g., employment term, duties, compensation, bonus, arbitration, governing law, etc). This is so that founders can pick and choose what provisions they want in the document, learn what provisions are standard, and what ar
