We are looking for an experienced AI/software developer to build a lead-generation platform that searches online for companies actively advertising for specific services. The concept is simple: A service provider enters the type of service they offer, and the platform searches public online sources for companies that appear to be actively looking for that service. For example, if a software company provides CRM development, the platform should identify businesses that have posted online indicating they need a new CRM system, CRM developer, software provider, digital transformation partner, or similar service. The platform would then return relevant leads, including information such as: * Company name * Website * Location * Description of the requirement * Source URL * Date advertised * Relevant contact details, where publicly available * Reason the lead was matched * Lead relevance or intent score The system may search sources such as: * Company websites * Job advertisements * Tender and procurement portals * Request-for-proposal listings * Business directories * Public social media posts * Industry websites * News articles * Public forums and online advertisements Key Requirements The tool should allow users to: 1. Enter the service or services they provide. 2. Add keywords, locations, industries and exclusions. 3. Search online for companies actively seeking those services. 4. Use AI to understand the meaning and intent of online advertisements, rather than relying only on
