Summary I'm looking for a frontend developer to create a small, polished single-page website using only HTML and CSS. The page will help users choose a meal based on their mood. No backend, JavaScript, framework or API integration is required. Page Concept The page should have the title: “What Should I Eat Tonight?” Below the title, display four selectable meal cards: Something Healthy Something Spicy Comfort Food Surprise Me Each card should include a simple icon or emoji, a short description and a button-style label such as “Choose This.” When a card is selected, a recommendation section should appear using a CSS-only method such as radio buttons, checkboxes or anchor links. Example results: Something Healthy → Grilled chicken salad Something Spicy → Spicy ramen Comfort Food → Mac and cheese Surprise Me → Tacos Design Requirements Clean and modern layout Warm restaurant-inspired style Fully responsive on desktop and mobile Smooth hover effects on cards and buttons Clearly visible selected state Rounded cards with subtle shadows Good spacing and readable typography No copied templates or page builders Technical Requirements HTML5 and CSS3 only No JavaScript No Bootstrap, Tailwind or other frameworks No external paid assets Clean and easy-to-understand code HTML and CSS in separate files The page must work by opening `index.html` directly in a browser Deliverables `index.html` `style.css` Any locally used image or icon files One desktop screenshot One mobile screenshot The page does not need to connect to a database or generate random results.
