Description
Summary We are looking for an experienced Messaging Integration Engineer to configure and integrate our communications infrastructure with an existing custom-built CRM platform. The CRM is already developed. We are not looking for application development or UI work. Your responsibility is to configure, verify, and integrate the required messaging services so they communicate reliably with our platform via APIs and webhooks. This includes: * WhatsApp Business Platform * Twilio SMS/MMS * Instagram Direct Messaging * Facebook Messenger The ideal candidate has experience with Meta Business verification, WhatsApp Business Platform, Twilio, messaging APIs, webhooks, and production deployments. You will work alongside our developer to ensure the messaging infrastructure is fully configured, tested, documented, and ready for production.
