Summary We're looking for an experienced automation consultant to build a single, well-defined AI-powered workflow using n8n (or Make.com) as a paid trial before a larger long-term engagement. Scope for this project: Build one automated workflow (e.g., lead intake → CRM update → notification, or a simple AI chatbot flow using ChatGPT/Claude for lead qualification) Connect 2–3 tools via API/webhook (e.g., a form or CRM like GoHighLevel, plus email/SMS or Slack notification) Test the workflow end-to-end and hand off with brief documentation (what it does, how to edit it) One round of revisions included Not included in this project (future scope if this goes well): multi-channel marketing automation, social media publishing, reporting dashboards, or ongoing workflow builds — happy to discuss as a longer-term contract after this trial. What we need from you: Proven experience with n8n and/or Make.com Experience with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude) Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally GoHighLevel Budget: $100 fixed price, this project only Timeline: [add desired turnaround, e.g. 3–5 days] This is a working interview for a longer-term automation role — if it goes well, there's ongoing paid work available.
