AI Conversational Agent Specialist — Medical Spa & Aesthetics (GoHighLevel + Closebot) Category: AI Development / Chatbot Development / Marketing Automation Engagement: Part-time retainer, ~20–30 hrs/week ongoing. We start with a two-week paid trial before locking in the retainer. The trial is judged on QA rigor and build quality first, turnaround speed and communication second — a bot that books appointments cleanly beats a fast bot that leaks leads. We're a healthcare marketing agency that builds AI SMS/chat "setters" — booking assistants that turn leads into booked appointments for medical spa, aesthetics, and other cash-pay clinics. We run these on GoHighLevel + Closebot, and we need someone who lives inside both platforms and obsesses over one number: booked appointments. This is not a "does the bot reply to a human?" role. Plenty of bots talk. We care whether a conversation ends with a confirmed appointment on the calendar and we want someone who can build, QA, and continuously push the funnel toward that outcome, catching the silent mistakes that quietly kill conversion (leads never reaching the bot, bots repeating themselves, messages firing at the wrong hours, internal logic leaking to the customer). What you'll do Build & configure AI chat/SMS setters in Closebot, fully wired into GoHighLevel — calendars, pipelines, tags, workflows, routing rules, and booking logic.
