I have a Vapi voice AI agent already set up and running. The problem is every call just ends and the data disappears. I have no record of what happened, who called, how long it lasted, or what the outcome was. What I need is someone to connect Vapi's end-of-call webhook to a Make.com scenario so that every time a call ends, the key details get automatically logged into a Google Sheet. caller number, call duration, call summary, end reason, and timestamp. that's the five fields I care about. The person I'm looking for needs to have actually worked with both Vapi and Make.com before, not just one of them. the webhook side is specific. Vapi fires its own end-of-call payload and you need to know what's in it and how to parse it correctly inside Make.com. I also want summary generation enabled on the assistant if it isn't already, so the webhook includes an actual summary of what was discussed and not just the raw transcript. To be clear on what this is not. I'm not paying for a Vapi agent build, prompt engineering, CRM setup, or anything beyond this one Make.com scenario. the scope is the webhook, the scenario, and the sheet. tested, working, and handed over with a short note explaining what was built.
