We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented WPForms specialist to create a professional multi-page application for the VanderMark Founding Trust Partner Program. All questions, answer choices, field types, instructions, acknowledgment language, and confirmation text have already been prepared. No writing, copyediting, page design, integrations, or redirects are required. This should be a straightforward project for someone highly experienced with WPForms. Completion should take you 1-2 hours at the most as everything has already been prepared for you. Scope of Work You will: Create one multi-page application in our existing WPForms account Enter approximately 50 prepared questions and answer choices Organize the form into seven clearly labeled sections Use the specified text fields, email, phone, URL, dropdown, checkbox, multiple-choice, date, and signature fields Configure all required fields accurately Add conditional logic so follow-up questions appear only when applicable Configure the required applicant acknowledgments so every statement must be accepted Add the electronic certification, signature, and date fields Add the supplied introductory text, instructions, submission-button wording, and confirmation message Ensure the form is clean, well-spaced, and easy to complete on desktop and mobile Perform a complete test submission and verify that every field and conditional rule works properly Not Included This project does not include: Writing or revising the appli
