Project Overview: I am currently looking for a talented, independent WordPress developer located in the Philippines, Portugal or the UK to install and customise a pre-built news/magazine website template purchased from Envato. The core theme structure is already chosen. I need an experienced professional to handle the technical setup and essential configuration. This is a position for an individual, independent freelancer only. Please do not apply if you are an agency or outsourcing firm. Project Structure & Budget (Strictly Formatted): This project is capped at a total fixed budget of $250 USD and is split into two performance-based milestones. • Milestone 1 ($25 USD) | Installation & Health Check: o Clean installation of the Envato theme and import of the demo data onto server. o The site must load cleanly with zero PHP errors. o Note: If Milestone 1 fails, triggers server crashes, or reveals a lack of technical knowledge, the contract will be ended immediately, and you will only be paid the $25. • Milestone 2 ($225 USD) | Core Configuration & Completion: o Setting up branding (logo, fonts, brand colours). o Configuring the primary navigation menus, authors profiles and news category tags. o Activating the specific homepage and article layouts chosen from the theme options. o Installing core plugins for security, SEO, newsletter, social media, etc. Requirements: • Proven experience working with and customising complex Envato WordPress themes (especially magazine/news layout
