Summary I am looking for an expert with hands-on experience using Claude AI's Coworker feature to build an automated workflow for job applications. The objective is to create a system that can efficiently process job postings and generate high-quality, tailored application documents while keeping me in control of the final review and submission. Scope of Work The successful freelancer should: Design and implement an automated workflow using Claude Coworker. Explain how the workflow works and how to maintain it. Configure prompts, projects, and any supporting tools needed. Automate the analysis of job descriptions. Generate tailored CVs and cover letters for each job. Optimize applications for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Recommend additional tools or integrations where appropriate. Provide clear documentation so I can use the workflow independently. Deliverables A fully functional automated job application workflow. Setup and configuration of Claude Coworker. Reusable prompt library. Workflow documentation. Demonstration using one real job posting. Recommendations for improving application quality and increasing the likelihood of being shortlisted. Required Experience Proven experience with Claude AI, especially the Coworker feature. Experience building AI automation workflows. Strong understanding of ATS optimization.
