Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Automation & Voice Agent Specialist with strong expertise in ElevenLabs AI Agents to help us optimize and automate our client intake and communication systems. Our firm handles a high volume of inbound calls and client interactions, and we are looking to eliminate bottlenecks through intelligent automation and seamless integrations. Current Bottlenecks: -High volume of inbound calls -Manual data gathering and document completion -Incomplete follow-ups -We want to leverage AI agents and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client retention. Responsibilities: -Design and deploy AI voice agents using ElevenLabs -Automate inbound call handling and routing -Build AI-powered workflows for data collection and form completion -Integrate AI agents with Five9, Twilio, and Smart Advocate -Develop systems to reduce missed clients and improve follow-ups -Optimize existing workflows using automation and AI -Provide documentation and training as needed Requirements: -Proven experience with ElevenLabs AI Agents -Strong background in AI voice automation -Experience integrating telephony systems is a Plus (Five9, Twilio, or similar) -CRM integration experience (Smart Advocate or comparable systems preferred) -Experience building automated intake systems -Strong problem-solving and communication skills -Ability to work independently and deliver scalable solutions How to Apply: Please include: -Your experience with ElevenLabs AI Agents -Examples of similar projects -Your approach to solving inbound and intake bottlenecks -Estimated timeline for initial implementation
