Summary We operate multiple growing businesses across different industries, with a strong focus on eCommerce and retail. Our brands are built on platforms such as Shopify and Magento, and we are looking to streamline operations through AI-powered automation and intelligent software solutions. We are seeking an experienced Claude Code, Codex, or AI Automation Expert who can help us design, build, and implement automation systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and support business growth. Key responsibilities may include: Developing AI-powered business automation workflows Creating custom GPTs and AI assistants for internal teams and customer support Building intelligent chatbots capable of handling customer inquiries and operational tasks Automating content creation and marketing processes Designing custom applications to manage inventory, supplier ordering, and fulfillment workflows Streamlining warranty claims, returns, and customer service operations Integrating AI tools with Shopify, Magento, CRMs, and third-party business systems Identifying new opportunities to improve productivity through AI and automation The ideal candidate should have strong experience with: Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding platforms API integrations and workflow automation Shopify and Magento ecosystems Custom AI agent development Process optimization and business automation Modern no-code/low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier We are looking for someone who can become a long-term partner as our automation needs continue to expand.
