Need n8n automation to check order status and reply on WhatsApp (small project)

Summary I run a small food ordering business and I want to automate order status replies for customers who message us on WhatsApp asking "where is my order". Right now someone on my team manually checks the order and replies. I want an n8n workflow that: Takes the customer's order data Filters out invalid/incomplete entries Picks the customer's most recent order Replies back with a clean message showing: Order ID, items, total amount (in Rs.), current status, and delivery address Also explains what the status means in plain language (e.g. "on the way" = rider picked it up and is heading to you), so customers don't keep asking follow-up questions Ideally the person can also advise if there's a smarter way to structure this (e.g. sorting by date instead of assuming last item = latest order), since I'm not 100% sure my current setup is doing that correctly. What I need: Working n8n workflow (Code node or Function node, whichever makes sense) Handles edge cases (no orders found, missing fields, etc.) Clean, readable output message Nice to have: Experience connecting n8n to WhatsApp Business API or a similar chat channel Experience with order/e-commerce style data
