The core algorithmic architecture, mathematical parameters, and conditional rules are 100% finalized. We need a ruthless executor to translate our logic into a functioning, scalable MVP. What You Will Build: A fast, secure MVP capable of parsing large, complex PDFs using NLP/LLMs, extracting structured text, applying our proprietary rule-based scoring system (IF/THEN conditionals), and outputting probabilistic matches in under 5 seconds. Rules of Engagement (Strict Stealth Mode): This project is strictly confidential. You will not know the specific industry application until you are onboarded. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is MANDATORY. No technical documents, repositories, or logic files will be shared until the NDA is signed. No agencies. I only want to speak directly with the Lead Developer who will write the code. Budget & Timeline: Fixed Budget: €2,000. Timeline: 1 to 2 months maximum.
