Summary I'm looking for an experienced freelancer (or small team) to help build a Chrome browser extension for a newly developed web platform and implement an affiliate revenue strategy. The platform has recently been developed and is already functional. The objective is to create a browser extension that integrates with the existing platform and allows users to access its functionality directly while browsing supported websites. As the platform is in its early stages, I'm also looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and practical experience to help improve and refine the product. Experience applying AI to enhance user experience, automation, search, recommendations or platform functionality would be highly desirable. In addition to the technical development, I'm looking for someone with experience implementing affiliate programmes who can advise on and help set up an appropriate affiliate monetisation model. **Scope of work** **Chrome Extension Development** * Design and build a Chrome extension (Manifest V3). * Integrate the extension with the existing web platform via APIs. * Create a clean, intuitive user experience. * Detect supported websites and retrieve relevant information. * Display results within the extension. * Ensure the extension meets Chrome Web Store requirements. **Platform Improvement & AI** * Review the existing platform and suggest practical enhancements. * Identify opportunities to improve automation, user experience and functionality using AI where appropriate. * Recommend improvements that support scalability and future growth. **Affiliate Programme Implementation** * Recommend appropriate affiliate networks and programmes. * Set up affiliate accounts where appropriate. * Implement affiliate tracking and attribution. * Work with the existing platform to incorporate affiliate links and/or APIs. * Ensure best practice for compliance and disclosure. * Advise on future opportunities to expand the monetisation strategy. **Skills required** * Chrome Extension development. * JavaScript / TypeScript. * API integration. * Experience applying AI to web products. * Affiliate marketing implementation. * Affiliate network experience (e.g. Awin, CJ, Impact, Partnerize or similar). * UX/UI for browser extensions. * Experience delivering commercial web products. I'm looking for someone who enjoys helping early-stage products evolve and can contribute both technically and strategically, helping to create a polished browser extension, improve the platform and establish a scalable affiliate revenue model.
