Description

Summary We're looking for an experienced App Automation / Agentic Pipeline Engineer to help build and harden an automated weekly clinical reasoning platform — a system that replicates a structured practitioner workflow (evidence intake, progressive memory, multi-phase LLM reasoning, deliverable generation, and automated quality gating) end-to-end via orchestrated agent sessions inside deterministic workflow shells. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing bounded LLM agent workflows with structured JSON outputs, building Python-based orchestration and ETL pipelines, implementing versioned state/memory systems that gate advancement on passing quality checks, and creating gold-standard evaluation harnesses to validate machine output against reference criteria. You'll be working across the full stack of the pipeline — from data intake and processing through reasoning orchestration to architecture documentation suitable for handoff to a production engineering team. This is a technically dense engagement best suited to someone comfortable with agentic system design, prompt/session engineering, and rigorous proof-based acceptance testing rather than simple chatbot or scripting work.
