Summary Project Overview I own a boutique executive search firm and am looking for an experienced automation developer to build an n8n workflow that helps identify new business opportunities. The workflow will monitor companies that I have previously recruited for and notify me whenever they post new job openings. The goal is to proactively identify companies that may need recruiting assistance. This is a one-time build with the potential for additional automation projects in the future. Workflow Requirements The automation should: Read a list of companies from Google Sheets (or another simple database) Monitor each company's careers page on a recurring schedule (daily or weekly) Detect newly posted jobs Avoid duplicate notifications for previously identified openings Save new openings to Google Sheets Send me a daily email summarizing new opportunities Each notification should include: Company Job Title Location Link to the posting Date detected AI Features (Preferred) If possible, I would also like the workflow to: Categorize each position (Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, IT, Marketing, etc.) Generate a short AI summary of the position Estimate whether the company may be a strong recruiting opportunity based on hiring activity Draft an outreach email that I can review before sending Technical Requirements Preferred experience includes: n8n API integrations Web scraping Google Workspace OpenAI API JavaScript AI workflow development If there is a better technical approach than scraping career pages (APIs, RSS feeds, third-party services, etc.), I am open to recommendations.
