Summary ### Summary We are seeking an experienced WhatsApp API Integration Specialist / Technical Advisor to help evaluate and optimize our messaging infrastructure for a private alumni networking platform (Kellogg Collective Intro-maker System). ### Tech Stack * Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (Drizzle ORM), hosted on Replit * Current WhatsApp Setup: Twilio (Verification OTP) + Whapi.cloud (Group Join & Management) ### The Primary Challenge We are experiencing soft bans when sending messages at scale (20–30+ users).
