Summary Description: Swiss agency looking for a developer to build a voice AI agent that answers the phone for a veterinary clinic when no one is available. What it needs to do (version 1, the only one to build for now): Answer simple questions (hours, pricing, address) Take down appointment request info (name, pet, reason, phone number) — without touching the calendar Send that info to a human via SMS/email so they can call back Call people back before their appointment to reduce no-shows We want something solid built on existing tools (Vapi, Retell, Bland, Twilio, n8n/Make) — not custom development from scratch.
