Summary Project Overview: KoreVity is an enterprise operations and business intelligence consultancy. We are seeking a certified, experienced Make.com (Integromat) Integration Specialist to map out and engineer the backend infrastructure for a 9-step automated data-intake pipeline. Our client-facing visual blueprints, database relational tracking rules, and frontend dashboard templates are completely finalized. Your exclusive responsibility is to build the functional backend cloud plumbing inside our Make.com developer sandbox environment. Core Technical Scope of Work: Configure a secure instant webhook/API module to watch and capture raw inbound customer strings from target mailbox directories (Gmail). Engineering custom background text-parsers and string manipulation formulas to cleanly isolate variables like Order IDs, Customer Names, and Complaint Texts. Deploying strict Exception Routing paths and router switches (using "Resume" or "Ignore" error-handlers) to ensure that if a data payload is corrupted or missing an Order ID, the system cleanly logs the error in an admin log without hitting a hard crash. Connecting the OpenAI API (GPT-4o) module to ingest the parsed data payload, execute context-aware response routing, and pipe the clean output arrays directly into a central data storage sheet (Google Sheets / Excel rows). Requirements: Proven track record of building complex, multi-router scenarios inside Make.com. Deep understanding of API token limits, error handling paths, and text parsing (Regex / String functions). Strong conversational English and capability to jump on a brief system review walk-through. Compensation Structure: This is a fixed-price, performance-based milestone project. We pay exactly ₹15,000 for the Tier 1 Sandbox deployment and validation loop. Upon successful deployment and passing our automated "Black-Box" stress tests, this will transition into a recurring contract track for our upcoming pipeline contracts (scaling up to ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per project for advanced enterprise tiers).
