Summary n8n + GoHighLevel Automation Specialist Real Estate Lead Follow-Up Automation The Problem We're a 6-agent real estate team using GoHighLevel. Leads come in from Typeform and Facebook Lead Ads, but everything after that is manual. Someone has to check each lead, guess how serious they are, and assign it to an agent by hand. Right now it takes 40–90 minutes to respond. Leads contacted within 5 minutes convert far better than leads contacted after 30. We're losing deals to slow follow-up, not to weak agents. We tried building this inside GoHighLevel's own workflow builder, but it can't handle AI reading and responding to lead answers. We need someone who works in n8n and has connected it to GoHighLevel before. What the Workflow Needs to Do Capture new leads from Typeform and Facebook Lead Ads in real time Use AI to read each lead's answers and score their budget, timeline, and property interest Create or update the contact in GoHighLevel with the right pipeline stage and tags Send an AI-personalized SMS and email within 5 minutes of the lead coming in Assign the lead to the right agent based on zip code Send a Slack alert when a lead is scored as "hot," including why the AI flagged it Out of Scope Building a custom CRM — GoHighLevel is staying Website or landing page work Changing our existing native GHL automations What We're Looking For Real n8n experience (self-hosted preferred) — show a past build Experience connecting to the GoHighLevel API, not just using GHL's own app Experience using an LLM (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for lead scoring or personalized messaging Able to explain the build in plain English Deliverables A fully built, tested n8n workflow Simple documentation our office manager can follow A Loom video walking through
