Description

Summary We are a fast-growing dental marketing agency looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation & API expert to build custom integrations between GoHighLevel and various dental Practice Management Software (PMS) platforms. This is not a basic GHL setup role. We need someone who is comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, custom automation, and healthcare software integrations. Responsibilities Build API integrations between GoHighLevel and dental Practice Management Software Create custom workflows and automations Sync appointments, patient data, leads, and statuses Configure webhooks and API endpoints Troubleshoot integration issues Ensure data is synced accurately and securely Work with our development team on custom solutions when needed Practice Management Software Experience (Preferred) Experience integrating with one or more of the following: Open Dental Dentrix Eaglesoft Curve Dental Denticon Cloud9 Ortho2 Dolphin CareStack Weave NexHealth LocalMed RevenueWell (Experience with other dental PMS platforms is also welcome.) Required Skills Expert-level GoHighLevel knowledge REST APIs Webhooks OAuth/API Authentication JSON Zapier/Make (bonus) Custom API integrations Excellent troubleshooting skills Nice to Have Dental or orthodontic industry experience HIPAA awareness Experience connecting GoHighLevel with CRMs or EMRs Familiarity with Twilio and LeadConnector APIs To Apply Please include: Your GoHighLevel experience (years).
