Summary We're a Los Angeles-based AI and automation practice serving SMB clients in healthcare, legal, and financial services. We have a steady pipeline of n8n automation projects coming in and need a reliable engineer to help us deliver. This isn't a one-off gig. If you're good, there's ongoing work. **What we're building** Current and upcoming projects include: - Voice AI agents using Retell AI connected via n8n webhooks - EHR integration flows for healthcare clients (Athenahealth, DrFirst) - CRM automation and lead routing via HubSpot - AI-powered document processing using Claude API - Timecard and workforce management automations - SMS and email notification workflows - Multi-step webhook orchestration flows --- **What we need from you** - Strong hands-on n8n experience — you've shipped real flows in production, not just tutorials - Comfortable with webhooks, REST APIs, JSON transformation, and error handling - You document your work clearly — we use Flowsheet to document every automation we deploy and expect the same standard from anyone we work with - Reliable async communicator — we're fast-moving and need someone who can keep up - Bonus: experience with Retell AI, VAPI, Bland AI, or any voice agent platform - Bonus: HIPAA awareness or experience working in regulated industries --- **Our documentation standard** We document every flow we build using Flowsheet (flowsheet.co) — an automation registry that tracks field mapping, runbooks, ROI, and version history for every deployment.
