Summary Join our boutique recruiting firm to automate operations and outreach using n8n and Claude AI. You'll design and implement workflows, integrate APIs, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and client engagement. Collaborate with our team to identify automation opportunities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Scope — single funded phase: Gmail inbox → classify (client/candidate/inbound lead/noise) → draft-reply suggestion → log to RecruitCRM WhatsApp Business → log to RecruitCRM contact record → draft-reply suggestion → flag for founder review Follow-up flag: any thread untouched 3+ business days (last message not from us) → flagged in a Slack digest Calendly integration: pull live availability before any scheduling email goes out, so offered times are never wrong Hard requirement: No workflow sends anything client- or candidate-facing without human approval. Draft, log, flag — never auto-send. Budget: $2,500–3,500, fixed-price, single milestone. This is a trial phase — strong execution here leads to a larger follow-on scope (not guaranteed, not promised, but real if this lands). Requirements: n8n + REST API experience (RecruitCRM, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Slack, Calendly APIs); strong on error handling/failure alerts; documents and hands off cleanly (Loom + exported workflow JSON, we own everything).
