I am looking for a developer to build a simple AI voice automation prototype that can answer incoming phone calls, converse naturally with callers, and schedule appointments based on my availability. This is a prototype/MVP, not a production-ready enterprise product. The goal is to validate the concept as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. I am completely open to using existing tools, APIs, platforms, or low-code solutions rather than building everything from scratch. Requirements ---------------- Core Features Incoming phone calls are automatically answered by an AI voice agent. AI should communicate naturally, similar to a human receptionist. AI should understand appointment requests and basic questions. AI should read my daily schedule/availability and offer available appointment slots. AI should book appointments into available time slots. AI should prevent double bookings. Schedule Management Simple admin interface to define available appointment slots. Ability to update daily or weekly availability. Google Calendar integration is acceptable. Existing scheduling tools may be used if they simplify development. Notifications When an appointment is booked, I should receive a notification through one or more of the following: Email notification Admin dashboard SMS notification (optional) WhatsApp notification (optional) Technical Requirements Use existing services and integrations wherever practical. Open to platforms such as Twilio, Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, OpenAI
