Summary I'm looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to join my growing AI agency. We build AI agents and AI receptionists for businesses across multiple industries, and I'm looking for someone who can consistently deliver high-quality implementations. This is not a machine learning or data science role. I'm looking for someone who has hands-on experience building production-ready AI voice agents. Responsibilities: - Build AI receptionists for businesses - Create natural, human-like voice conversations - Integrate with calendars, CRMs, and business software - Connect AI agents to APIs and webhooks - Configure appointment booking, call routing, SMS follow-ups, and call summaries - Test, debug, and optimize conversations for reliability Required Skills: - Experience with Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, or similar voice AI platforms - Experience using OpenAI or other LLM APIs - Strong API integration skills - Experience with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier - Prompt engineering and conversation design - CRM integrations (GoHighLevel preferred) - Webhooks and REST APIs - Excellent English communication Nice to Have: - Twilio experience - SIP/telephony knowledge - ElevenLabs - Knowledge bases / RAG - Previous experience building AI receptionists What I'm Looking For: I want someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver quickly. Most projects involve customizing an AI receptionist for a new client rather than building everything from scratch.
