Summary I'm looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build a reusable AI chatbot and automation system that I can customize and sell to multiple small businesses. This is not a one-time chatbot for a single company. I want a template that can be duplicated for many different businesses by simply changing the business information, services, FAQs, branding, and booking links. Goals Build a scalable system that can be reused across industries such as: - Dentists - HVAC companies - Plumbers - Roofing companies - Salons and barbershops - Law firms - Auto repair shops - Gyms - Other local service businesses Core Features The chatbot should be able to: - Answer frequently asked questions using each business's information - Capture leads (name, phone, email, service requested) - Qualify leads with simple questions - Book appointments through the business's existing scheduling system or calendar - Transfer to a human when necessary - Collect contact information when it can't answer a question - Work on a business website (embed/widget) Automation I'd like the system to automatically: - Send captured leads to a CRM or Google Sheet - Send email and/or SMS notifications to the business - Trigger follow-up messages when appropriate - Be easy to duplicate for future clients Technical Preferences I'm open to your recommendations, but I'm interested in tools such as: - Make.com - n8n - OpenAI API - Voiceflow - GoHighLevel - Zapier (if appropriate) The most important requirement is that the solution is scalable, reliable, and easy to duplicate for new clients.
