Work is picking up and I need a second set of hands. Two things make this role different from a standard full-stack gig. First, I build with Claude Code every day and want someone who works the same way. Second, a real chunk of the work is building agent capability itself — skills, MCP servers, subagents, and the internal tooling that makes the rest of the work faster. If "write a skill that packages this workflow so we never do it by hand again" sounds like a good day, keep reading.
