WordPress + InstaWP Expert — Guide Me Live Through Staging↔Live Sync (Screen-Share) I manage SEO for a few WordPress client sites and use InstaWP to work on staging environments. I need an experienced InstaWP user to guide me live over a screen-share while I run the process myself, so I come away confident and with a repeatable procedure. All sites are self-hosted WordPress and already connected to InstaWP. What I need help with in one session (~1.5–2 hours): 1. Refresh a stale staging site — pull the current live site down to staging (correct sync direction confirmed before running). 2. Take an independent full backup of the live site first (host/cPanel or UpdraftPlus) — NOT relying on InstaWP's own snapshot — so we have a safe restore point. 3. Push a small test change from staging to live to prove the pipeline end to end, then confirm it on the live site. 4. Set up one brand-new client site in InstaWP from scratch: create the staging clone, install InstaWP Connect on the live site, and establish the 2-Way Sync link. (I had InstaWP support do this for me before and don't have the steps.)
