Description

Summary We're looking for an AI Automation Consultant to analyze our travel business operations and build workflow automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work. The consultant will review our current processes and implement AI-powered automations using n8n and modern AI tools. The project may include: Lead capture and CRM automation Customer enquiry routing Email automation and follow-ups WhatsApp automation AI-powered customer support workflows Internal notifications using Slack or email API integrations with third-party travel systems Dashboard and reporting automation Documentation of all workflows We're looking for someone experienced with: n8n AI workflows (Claude/OpenAI) REST APIs CRM automation Business process optimization Workflow documentation Initially this is a small project with the possibility of future automation work.
