Description
We’re looking for an experienced AI prompt engineer to help improve our in-house AI assistant, Hermes, by giving it several new capabilities through better prompting and system design. This is not a machine learning or model training role. We need someone who is highly experienced in designing prompts, AI workflows, and agent behavior for LLMs. What you’ll be working on You’ll help us add and improve skills such as: * Better reasoning and decision-making * More reliable task execution * Improved research capabilities * Better memory and context handling * More natural conversations * More accurate output formatting * Other prompt-based improvements that make Hermes perform at a much higher level Requirements * Extensive experience with prompt engineering for modern LLMs * Experience building AI agents or AI assistants * Strong understanding of system prompts, agent workflows, and tool usage * Ability to make AI agents more reliable and consistent * Excellent English To apply Please include: * Examples of AI agents or prompt systems you’ve built * Specific improvements you achieved (accuracy, reliability, reasoning, etc.) * Which LLMs you’ve worked with * Why you’re a good fit for this project
