Summary AI Automation Specialist to Streamline Business Operations My boss is looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist who can help him streamline and automate several parts of his business operations. we currently operate three businesses within one commercial space: * Barbershop * Laundry Shop * Dental Clinic he wants to create one centralized system where he can monitor everything from a single dashboard while reducing manual work through smart automations. Barbershop: * Online appointment booking * Appointment reminders * Missed appointment follow-ups * AI-generated Facebook and Instagram promotional posts * Customer database and loyalty tracking Laundry Shop: * AI-generated social media content and promotional campaigns * Pickup and delivery scheduling * Order status notifications * Customer follow-ups * Repeat customer marketing Dental Clinic: * Appointment booking * Confirmation and reminder sequences * Patient follow-ups * Reactivation campaigns * Review requests * Client success and retention workflows Reporting: centralized dashboard where he can easily monitor all three businesses. * Daily sales * Bookings * Customer inquiries * Revenue * Marketing performance * Automation activity * Key business KPIs to apply: 1. What automation platforms do you specialize in? 2. Have you built automation systems for service-based businesses? If yes, please share examples. 3. Please attach your portfolio. 4. Please include screenshots of workflows you’ve built. 5. If you have Loom or YouTube walkthroughs of your previous automation projects, please include them. (This is a huge plus.) 6. If possible, share live demo links or sample projects. 7. If you were building this project, what tech stack would you recommend and estimated budget 8. How would you approach automating these three businesses under one system? 9. What challenges do you anticipate, and how would you solve them? 10. What’s your estimated timeline?
