Main tasks: 1. Take a full backup of the current live website This should include: • WordPress files • database • media library • theme/plugins • WooCommerce/customer/order data, if applicable They should confirm the backup can be restored if needed. 2. Create/set up the subdomain Set up: dubai.endurancets.com and make sure it points to the correct hosting environment. 3. Move the current live Dubai website to the subdomain Change the current live website from: endurancets.com to: dubai.endurancets.com The aim is to keep the same WordPress installation/database for the Dubai site, so existing customer data, orders, subscriptions and setup are not rebuilt from scratch. 4. Update WordPress domain settings Update: • WordPress Address URL • Site Address URL • database references from endurancets.com to dubai.endurancets.com • internal WordPress links where this can be handled through a proper search/replace 5. Set up SSL Make sure the Dubai site loads securely at: https://dubai.endurancets.com 6. Clone the existing website for ETS Global Create a separate WordPress backend/site for: endurancets.com This can be a clone of the current website, which we will then edit ourselves into the ETS Global site. 7. Confirm both backends are separate and accessible We should have: dubai.endurancets.com/wp-admin = live ETS Dubai website endurancets.com/wp-admin = ETS Global website/backend 8.
